No, I didn’t complete the quarantine as I returned to the U.S the same day. No, they didn’t ask about the quarantine as I told them that I would like to return to the U.S after PR stamping.

They asked us to review the address provided before they stamped our COPR at the immigration office. They don’t send any email to review.Sorry for any misunderstanding.
You should get a notification in your CIC account once your PR card is mailed. If you get a notification and your friend doesn’t receive the physical card, then you might have given the wrong address. In such cases you can always apply for a new PR card. A stamped COPR proves your PR status.You need a PR card or a PR travel document if you are planning to travel immediately via flight or a commercial vehicle via land.
