It seems my PR card was lost in mail AGAIN! I filed solemn declaration on Feb 15, and waited 4 months until they mailed it out on June 13. I still haven’t received it in my Canadian address. I called them and confirmed the address is correct, and no tracking information can be provided for regular mails.
If I filed another solemn declaration, it will be at least 4 months waiting time (according to information from the call). And I’m afraid it will be lost again.
Is there anything I can do about it? Is it possible to pick up PR card somewhere?
