So I have both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, but I have ECA for Master’s only.

Should I mention Bachelor’s degree in education history or should I include it in personal history. Additionally, should I add documents of Bachelor’s degree along with the documents for Master’s degree, or separately within a Letter of Explanation (LOE)?

Add only MASTERS in the education section, BACHELOR’S in the personal history section.

For educational documents u will get a separate box for uploading them, there u only need to add the MASTERS diploma, transcripts.

BACHELOR diploma u can add in ur LOE.
