Proof of funds not required

As per official website, I am not required to submit “proof of funds” if I am authorised to work in canada and have a valid job offer.

Here I do have a valid job offer, but I am not sure if I am authorised to work in Canada.

My current status:

outside Canada, never been to Canada before
closed work permit application approved
have the letter of invitation/port of entry letter
have a multiple entry worker visa stamped on my passport
website says “my actual work permit will be printed by border officer on arrival at Port of entry” https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/permit/temporary/prepare-arrival.html

Do I need to have the “printed work permit” in order to be authorised?

Do you have a positive LMIA as well, or is it LMIA exempt for you?

I don’t think you can use that job offer to prove valid ‘job offer’ conditions as the official site says that you cannot use the same job offer that you used to get your work permit.
