For the question about spouse Education, there is first question about:
Has (XXXXX XXXXXXX) finished high school or any higher education (including university, college or vocational training)? (required)
My spouse has completed Bachelors and Masters, but we still don’t have ECA complete yet.
Should I answer NO (which is wrong information), or should I answer YES here and provide all the information and then answer NO for the question when it asks for whether you have ECA for this degree or not ?
