Hello Friends,
I am currently working full time in USA. My H1B was not picked thrice in the lottery and my company has office in India and they want me to work from there, and they told me they will apply for my H1B or L1 next year.
I am already tied of this lottery stuff, and have decided to move to canada.
Now the issue I am facing. The job I am currently working is my first IT job, I completed 2.5 years. Now I want to apply with this much experience.
How I should ask for the reference letter ?
