Folks who made the move from USA to Canada, Share your thoughts
How is life treating you now that you have made the move? Most of you may have been on Visa in USA but now have PR in Canada. Any thoughts you want to share?
Any strong or mild opinions on taking all things (furniture, car etc) with you Vs Selling them (most probably at a loss) and then buying in Canada?
My wife’s company is offering her employment in Canada, so we have freedom to opt for work permit or PR, timing is not crucial here, we can wait for PR since it takes longer. Did you face similar quandary? What did you choose? Would you change you decision looking back at it?
Is there any culture shock that you observed? I have never been to Canada and dont imagine the lifestyle or culture to be significantly different than in USA. Share your thoughts.
