Selected in a draw -> ITA delay

Hi Guys,

I understand we have 3 months to substantiate the ITA. However, is there a delay after an application is selected in a draw and a formal ITA?

If this is an electronic notification - perhaps its instantaneous. Is it?

No there is no delay. The ITA is an auto-generated correspondence issued to Express Entry candidates through their online account.
