Hi, we’re planning to do a soft landing in Ontario from NJ. I just read that the CBSA only issues COPR’s on certain days, per this web site:Travellers - Work permit, study permit and confirmation of permanent residence requests but will admit COPR folks on other days too, just won’t process their application. Has anyone experienced this, where they had to submit their application inside of Canada after crossing the border?
