We want to sponsor our son’s PR and we are in Montreal, QC. Can someone guide us about the process - we are not able to figure out which forms need to filled and when? I checked the checklist but it is not clear. For instance - “Generic application form” (form 0008) asks for a Quebec selection certificate or the date when we applied? When i checked the Quebec immigration website they are saying that once IRCC approves the first step then start next step ( this includes Quebec selection certificate). Any help will be highly appreciated.
