Spouse Name and WES New Rule

Hi All,

I have a question related to the name of my spouse.

We were planning to do the WES. After marriage, my wife changed her last name and her passport is as per her new name. Now my questions are,

  1. Will there be any problem while doing assessments at WES as the name is Passport is different from the name mentioned in educational certificates.

  2. Do we need to send passport copy along with transcript and certificates to WES?

  3. If the assessment is released as per the name in the educational certificate, will it create any issue in EE profile or PR as EE profile is as per passport?

  4. Did anyone do the WES in 2019 as per new rule transcripts from India should be sent directly from institutions to WES, which universities are not accepting? Any solutions for the same.
