I moved from the US to Canada in Feb 2023 and worked in Canada since then. Should I file any Canadian taxes this year?

Not for 2022 unless you had any Canadian source income in 2022.

you should file taxes in Canada given you are a resident of Canada more than 183 days in 2022.

Well the OP says Feb 2023. If it’s 2022, then definitely yes.
