Transcript for WES

Hi,

I have masters degree from US. My school provides an option to request additional copy of transcript in an envelope to student’s address. I can’t find the option to send sealed transcript directly to WES from my school.
Anyone please share how you got sealed transcript sent to WES from your school directly?

You can send the sealed transcript envelope that you’ll get from university to WES by yourself.

WES mentions about stamp/signature on the envelope, my school does not provide any stamp/signature on the envelope.
I talked to WES and they say they can’t guarantee an evaluation if the back flap of the envelope is not signed/stamped.
Did anyone face this issue? I appreciate any pointers.
