Looks like travel between US/Canada is still allowed if the traveler was in either of the countries for more than 14 days before traveling?

Another positive update for those with CoPR and outside canada : Permanent resident applicants who had been approved for permanent residence before the travel restrictions were announced on March 16 but who had not yet travelled to Canada are also exempted from the travel restrictions.
