Hey all, we made a soft landing in April 2021. We were told we will only be issued a PR card once we land there permanently. Last week, we got a notification from IRCC asking to mail updated photos to the PR processing center and to update the address via the Address notification system.
We are unable to update our address in that system. All kinds of lookups are failing. Anyone else faced the same issue?
