Me and my wife are in US currently. I will be doing initial EE application in the month of February (waiting for WES evaluation). My wife is going back to India mid January and coming back in June. My CRS score is coming around 452 so I have strong feeling that I’ll receive ITA in 1st or 2nd draw.
Here my concern is after ITA, if I submit US police clearance certificate of my wife (when she is in India) and when our application is in the middle of processing, she will be returning back to US. Will that create any problem? Do I need to submit new US police clearance certificate for my wife again?
