Using Insurance or HSA funds for medical exam

Hi All,
I gave my medical exam and it cost 495 * 2 for a family of 2.
I was wondeirng if this can be claimed under insurance, and if not under insurance, then can it be claimed under HSA ?>
Anyone has experience doing it

Its very expensive here in NC as well .
