Hello!

Based on your experience, does WES send you an email when there is an update or do you have to keep an eye out for updates on its website? I cannot seem to locate where I may be able to change communication preferences on its website. My package was delivered to them two days ago but the status is still “we are waiting for your documents”. So instead of checking their website anxiously, I was just wondering if they would update you automatically via email.

Yes WES will send you an update each time if they have new information. WES emailed me when they received my transcripts directly from the university. They also emailed me after the evaluation was done.

They e-mailed me a week or 10 days after my package was delivered saying they had received it and were in the process of reviewing the info.
