WES Process / steps

Hello,

Can someone please clarify on this WES evaluation process. I am very confused and not sure how to proceed further. Any help is appreciated.

  1. I created WES profile

  2. I contacted my university and they said all they can do is give duplicate copies of transcripts in an envelope and they can’t do anything on WES documents.

How do I proceed now?
