What does secondary education means in Express Entry Profile?

What does secondary education mean in Express Entry Profile? Do we need to provide 10th and higher education information, or only starting from the 12th standard?

My wife (secondary applicant) did 12th in Science and then Bachelors in Electronics engineering in India, followed by MS Software Engineering in the US.

I really appreciate for a quick reply to this query.

Secondary education refers to high school or equivalent.

However, you only need to provide proof for the highest degree (masters in this case).

And what does high school means? Does it mean 12th standard?
