Quick Question - Is it fine to travel to the US and work on STEM OPT and live in Canada? I’m planning to come to the US on Monday and go back on Friday. Do you see any issue with this approach?
I do not see any issue as long as your passport is stamped !
Should I maintain an address in the US as well so that my company can deduct state tax without any issues and IRS/DHS doesn’t bother me?
