Has anyone used online transcript verification option (for ECA) provided by few universities in India; e.g. PTU Jalandhar and GNDU Amritsar?

I am also facing same issue with MCA lateral entry in PTU. If anyone knows, please advise how to proceed.

did any one get transcripts online from Punjabi University ?

I managed to find these two links using Google and other forums , but not sure which one to use and if these really work ?
