Need help! PR refusal

Hi All,

I am in a similar situation now. We received the refusal letter recently. Letter does say that the decision is final.
Reason provided is same as above. So, trying to understand what all things we need to do now.
What should be my plan of action now?
Is there a way I can request for extension on the same application and provide updated letters
OR
We will have to reapply with a completely fresh application (our IELTS scores would be invalid if we reapply).

If you have updated letters already, you can try to send it to them asap and try to explain the trouble(retaking IELTS etc) it would be for you to reapply. Though it’s unlikely, they might consider your plea. Also make sure you have the right NOC code in your application.
