Hope you are doing well.
I am Dr. Satnam Singh from Punjab. I completed B.A.M.S. in 2016 from Guru Ravidas Ayurveda University. I have done the evaluation for B.A.M.S. for Canada and it is equivalent to Bachelor’s degree as you mentioned. I have 3 years of clinical experience and 8,7,7,7 bands in IELTS but, still, I am not eligible to file for the express entry because of fewer points. I was thinking to apply for student visa now, do you have any knowledge about any courses or colleges in any province of Canada that B.A.M.S. graduate can take? or any other way (possible LMIA from any employer, etc) to increase the points for express entry?
Also, did you apply for any evaluation at the Medical Council of Canada?
Is it possible if I can talk with you directly via email?

can we send transcript by ourself by the post or it is directly from university ,because i have already one set of transcript at my home ,one is already sended to wes,now i want to try for IQAS ,i am bhms and congratulation for you assessment result

Firstly Heartiest congratulations for the this.
Would really appreciate if you could advise what would be a good course to undertake in Canada as you are already there. My wife had completed her BHMS and would like to pursue further education in Canada. At the same time it would boost her CRS score as well.

The screen shot is wrong as if u zoom in to the bottom u will see the canadian equ. Line is missing and if u see there was something written there which is cropped.
So dont get disharted and try!!

hello dr sneha, i also completed BAMS from Nepal and have sent credential to IQAS for evaluation. I hope it will be positively assessed. Is your wife applying as primary applicant or you?? Do u have the information whether BAMS can apply for PR since in my point of view , Ayurvedic practitioner is not regarded as skilled manpower in Canada.

First of all I would like to thanks this forum and ppl of this forum, this is the source and inspiration for me to get my BHMS ECA done through IQAS… YESsss… it does happens to me. It’s real…
…just need to follow easy steps download form fill it send it in an envelope along with ur copy of degree transcripts and post them . It take a little longer time for the process but totally worth it…I started my process in December 2018 and recieved positive response through email on 14 May … yes today …best of luck guys just do it …

Hi Priyanka, yes I did BHMS from nasik university (MUHS) … just go to their web site (IQAS) down load the form fill it and send it along with sealed transcripts (yes we have to send it our self) via post and for payment follow their given instructions… and they will evaluate and send the document via post back to you but it may take like 5 to 6 months coz their is lot of applications…this is what they replied me…

- The form you mentioned above, is it the one which you get after completion of online application, if not then will you please share the form link?
- I am also planning to get my masters (MBA) degree evaluated. Is it possible to get it evaluated in same application or do I need to go for separate application?
- For payment options, do they accept debit cards or only credit cards?

I am a BDS from MUHS Nashik and have sent my documents for evaluation to WES. My application is ON HOLD since they want transcripts issued my MUHS only. As per my understanding, the college issues the transcripts which are then attested by MUHS and sent to WES in a sealed envelope. I followed the same process yet the application is on hold due to the above reason. Kindly share the process followed by you.
