When you say about registering marriage? Do you mean getting a marriage certificate from the government of the country where the marriage occurred? In that case, yes i did receive Govt issued marriage certificate in Jan 2019 itself in a week after marriage.
In that case I would suggest you to contact some immigration expert/lawyer for guidance.
Coz I don’t know whether hiding anything from cic would hamper your application or not.
Well my intention was not to hide but since my wife will not be accompanying me for couple of years, I wasn’t sure if i need to notify CIC but the PPR email i got yesterday specifically asks for any change in marital status so not sure if i need to just send my passport or notify the CIC about the marital status change.

Very stressed - have less than a year left on my work permit.

my only question is if they need any documentation, why can’t they just email. :(
For all who are waiting, just order GCMS notes and see the comments. Sometimes if they have any concerns with anything they put in the comments there and you can resend those documents even if they dont ask. For example, my exp letter did not have date and they had concern about that and i have uplaoded the new letter and from there i feel things started moving. Others in this forum also had similar experiences.

ok, thanks for the input, but when I go to my profile and then look at my document list, there is a ‘Start questionnare’ Button on top left, if we click that button, will it delete all previous docs OR it will have old ones and we can upload new docs?
Any docs you want to upload, you need to do through web form.

Hi Guys, Any help with below is appreciated.
I applied as FSW-Outland with one dependent (my spouse).
Below is our timeline from AOR till date:
AOR: 05.03.2019
MEP: 18.04.2019
Biometrics:30.04.2019
Additional docs receipt: 07.05.2019
Ip2: since May (no progress since then)
I did not attach the correct FBI reports so they requested to reattach them. One other problem is my spouse’s FBI clearence letter was not provided by FBI after applying for about 10 times as they found her prints not so clear to perform checks. I wrote a detailed letter with all rejected letters as proof. Did anyone have this sort of issue? Will this be an issue in getting approval?
They would require the FBI PCC to proceed so if the prints weren’t clear earlier, try going to a different location to get the FBI PCC done.
We had prints taken from multiple locations. We tried digital prints also. We got a letter from a finger printing agency stating the prints will not work for FBI letter. I researched online and found that under exceptional circumstances CIC will consider applications with evidence and LOE for not providing document. I am curious to see if anyone had this kind of situation.
Did you try visiting a local police department in person & getting it done from there? I know a few people who went this route.

Yes we initially tried from local police station about 5-6 times and then we went for digital prints.
Got an email from CIC Etobicoke Landings office - they have scheduled a Landing interview for me next week. Looks like this will be the finalization interview. They have asked for two photos. No PPR or COPR. Hopefully, this is it. the final step. Fingers crossed and best of luck to you all.
