If you have uploaded other documents before, technically there’s no need to upload them again but to be on the safe side just add the new document to the existing PDF and upload that.

I did call them and surprisingly managed to talk to an agent who told me everything is approved just wait for PPR - this was 3 weeks back and still waiting for PPR. I called them again - because I am paranoid ha ha - and spoke to another agent who told me yes it’s approved just wait for PPR… at this point I don’t think my anxiety will be over until I kiss the ground upon landing in Canada.

That’s good news. Congratulations! I ordered GCMS notes late last month. I’m still waiting for the Notes. I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach them by telephone. I’m in the US.

I have worked in 4 companies, my overall experience is more than 6 years(IT) , is it ok if attach just 3 companies JOB DUTIES reference letters? I am not able to get reference letter for 1 company and that one is less than 1 year experience. Any suggestions, any help?
You only need reference letters for the companies for which you are obtaining the points.

HI. Just wanted to let everyone know, I received the Passport request for CoPR issuance this morning. My AOR was 23rd April. Till last week, the message on my account said "“Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.” This morning I received the PPR.
I have a different query. Upon getting the ITA (in Feb 2019), I had received the letter that encourages you to register with their job bank. I had not done it as it was not compulsory and I assumed it would take a long time before I would need to do that. This morning before I checked my email, I read on some forum that it is compulsory to register for the job bank. I tried registering , but it keeps saying my EE Application number is incorrect. Post this, I saw the PPR email. Any idea as to why it says my EE application number is incorrect? I have checked it multiple times and it is not incorrect.

+1-6139444000. I believe that is the CIC number. Follow the prompts. At one point in the beginning it will say ‘you will be disconnected’ (male voice) but stay online because you will actually be transferred to IRCC. You can also call IRCC directly I think but I don’t know that number.

Our application is now 6.5 months.
We called the agent and he mentioned eligibility is met, and security is in progress.
Does eligibility met mean noc code and job verification is complete?generally How long does it take for security?

My passport is expiring in December, I have started the renewal process, do I have to send them renewed passport info ?
Or just send both passports when ppr is sent?
