On optimizing CRS score

Hi ,

I wanted to know the best way to optimize the CRS score . I am married and have a bachelors degee ( BE in Information Science ) and MBA ( Operations Management) with around 8 years of IT experience. My spouse has a bachelors in Business Administration ( BBA).

Okay, I got 7.5 in IELTS and CRS tool shows 385 for us now. ONIP says you need 400 (http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_WHO.html), then I also read it’s possible for people with as low as 351 as you quoted above. I reached out to an attorney and he says EE is not an option due to low score, and do the traditional PR, which they don’t help with. Does this mean just apply for ONIP and hope for the best? Improve CRS Score

Hello All, I have a CRS score of 437 and looking for an idea to improve it. We got invitation in last October but FBI delayed the response so had to reject the invitation and now doesn’t look like score going down. If I get admission for masters in Canada will that help to increase CRS score or do I have to wait for the degree completion. Thanks

Your English looks good enough. Try maximum IELTS band score (8.0 and above in all sections for both of you) and you should try to achieve that in the test for maximum points. @preetam check the CRS by making your wife the primary applicant. I had a similar issue but when we made my wife the primary applicant the score bumped up a little. I see that you hold a Masters where as she has a Bachelors but some times due to age factor she may get slightly better points as compared to you.
